No matter what you’ve heard of a place before you live there – we all believe what we see and hear with our own eyes and ears.
Force-7 was tasked to work with local businesses and the University of Hull to change perceptions of the city for new potential students arriving to the area for the first time.
Using a team of “Discover Hull” brand ambassadors, kitted out with a range of student promotional material about the place not just the institution, they hit the campus and spread the word about everything this city had to offer.
The success of this campaign was not the number of booklets distributed, but the conversations generated. The budding graduates and nervous families who came away from various Open Days with a confidence that they had heard first hand what they would experience if they choose this University.
This activity was supported with a national supplement in The Times that was also handed out on board by the team on train services to and from the city.
