With no dedicated resource to support young people in the UK with gambling problems, GamCare approached Force-7 with the brief of helping them to launch a new digital campaign.
In developing the brand “BigDeal?” we worked with young people to understand how you position advice in a way that neither promotes nor discourage gambling, but instead offers an unbiased guide to understanding the facts and risks.
Our role covered everything from social media advertising to utilising Hollyoaks Star “Darren” as an ambassador for the campaign. We are continuing to support GamCare as the campaign develops, as well as delivering training to their internal team to pass on our skills and expertise. In doing so, we are ensuring the sustainable development of this third sector campaign.
