You won't find a nightclub or bar that doesn't have a social media presence, but how many have a social strategy in place that's focused on driving footfall to their venues?
Force-7 has just set out on a 12-month strategy with nightclub chain "Paint the Town." We're currently working with their team to shape the way they deliver social with a focus on customer engagement.
At present we're working with Venue Managers on establishing a tone of voice for each bar / club as well as a content plan for the types of post and conversation that will build loyalty with new and existing customers.
In the background our digital team are working to consolidate all previous social content that exists for the venues. From working with the team to claim Check-In pages on Facebook to cleansing social channels of unauthorised content. We're here to help through the good and the bad.
Each month, we work with their operations team to record a scorecard of activity that will help chart the impact our social strategy has on the bottom line of the business.
